Connecting HubSpot gives Cora access to your CRM data — companies, contacts, deals, tickets, and ownership information — so it can surface insights, track lifecycle events, and keep your team informed. What Cora accesses

Once connected, Cora syncs the following HubSpot objects:
  • Companies — Organization records and associated properties
  • Contacts — People associated with companies and deals
  • Deals — Pipeline and revenue data
  • Tickets — Support and service records
  • Owners — Team members assigned to records
Access is scoped to the permissions of the HubSpot account that authorized the connection. Cora does not modify any data in HubSpot — access is read-only.

Disconnecting

To disconnect HubSpot:
  1. Open the HubSpot integration card in SettingsOrganization SettingsIntegrations
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the disconnection
Disconnecting stops all data syncing. Previously synced data will remain available in Cora until it is manually removed.
