Approvers and builders
Two roles work together to improve an agent:- Approvers are the people an agent sends its drafts to for review. They edit, approve, or reject each draft for a specific account. Every edit and rejection is feedback on how the agent should work.
- Builders own the agent itself. They review the feedback approvers leave and decide which changes to make to the agent, so the improvement applies to every account it runs on.
What Cora records
For every draft that goes through approval, Cora keeps the approver’s feedback:- Edits: each field the approver changed before approving, such as the body, subject, recipients, or CC, with both the agent’s draft and the approver’s version.
- Approvals: who approved the draft and when.
- Rejections: who rejected the draft, when, and the reason they gave.
Builders approve every improvement
An approver’s edit fixes one draft for one account. A change to the agent affects every account it runs on. So Cora proposes improvements based on patterns across many approvals, and you, as the builder, choose what ships.Review approver feedback in chat
Ask Cora to summarize the feedback approvers left on your agent:- “What did approvers change in the renewal outreach agent’s emails in the last two weeks?”
- “Show me the agent’s draft and the approved version of the Acme Corp renewal email.”
- “Which drafts from my onboarding agent did approvers reject, and why?”
Turn feedback into agent changes
Once you see a pattern, ask Cora to propose changes:- “Based on approver feedback from the last month, what should we change in the renewal outreach agent?”
- “Apply the first two suggestions.”
