General

Not exactly. Cora is an AI-powered platform that works across your entire post-sales operation — automating onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, renewals, and expansion workflows. It operates behind the scenes to streamline communication, coordinate tasks between teams, and escalate issues to the right person when needed. It’s not a chatbot sitting on a webpage answering support tickets.
No. Cora handles the operational and repetitive work — follow-ups, CRM updates, onboarding checklists, health monitoring — so your account team can focus on strategic, relationship-driven work. When a high-touch interaction is needed, your team is still there. Cora just makes sure they’re not buried in busywork when that moment comes.
Cora integrates with your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Customer Success platforms (Gainsight), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom), product analytics (Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and more. Most teams have integrations live within one to two weeks. See the Integrations overview for the full list.

Getting started

Start by connecting Cora to your systems. Cora integrates with your tools to unify your customer signals, and most teams have their first meaningful insights within a week. From there, Cora’s team works with you to roll out agents that turn those insights into action across the customer lifecycle.
Getting integrations live and customer signals flowing typically takes one to two weeks. After that, your team can start querying data through Cora’s chat and MCP tools. Configuring your first agents usually adds another one to two weeks.Cora’s team handles the setup — your team approves integrations and provides light feedback along the way.
You’ll receive an email or Slack message from Cora that includes a link to your workspace. If you’re unsure whether you have access, reach out to your account team and they’ll confirm.

Using Cora

You decide when agents act autonomously and when they draft for human approval. Rules can be configured by customer segment, risk level, or workflow type. Every action is logged and auditable, giving you full visibility and control without requiring manual effort on every task.
Pricing scales with platform usage, including integrations, data volume, and the level of automation you enable. Cora offers predictable tiers, from fast-start rollouts to full AI-native transformations. Contact the team at cora.ai for a quote.

Security

Yes. Cora is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CASA Tier 2 compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cora only accesses the data needed to run your workflows, and it never uses your customer data to train or retrain any AI models. See cora.ai/security for the full overview.
