Not exactly. Cora is an AI-powered platform that works across your entire post-sales operation — automating onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, renewals, and expansion workflows. It operates behind the scenes to streamline communication, coordinate tasks between teams, and escalate issues to the right person when needed. It’s not a chatbot sitting on a webpage answering support tickets.
