The Gmail and Google Drive integrations let individual users send emails and create presentations directly from Cora.ai — particularly for Executive Business Review (EBR) workflows. Both integrations use OAuth 2.0 and are connected per user, so each team member authorizes their own Google account.Documentation Index

Prerequisites
- A Google Workspace or personal Google account
- Gmail enabled (for the Gmail integration)

What Cora requests
Cora requests the minimum permissions needed for each integration.- Gmail

Cora does not request access to read your inbox or any existing emails.
Setup
The steps below connect your Gmail account. Google Drive follows the same OAuth flow — after completing Gmail, return to the Integrations page and repeat the process for the Google Drive card.Access user integrations
- Log into Cora.ai with your user account.
- Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings or Integrations from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Initiate the Gmail connection
- Locate the Gmail integration card.
- Click Connect.
- You will be redirected to Google’s authentication page.
Authenticate with Google
- Select the Google account you want to connect.
- If prompted, enter your Google password.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, complete the verification step.
Grant Gmail permissions
- Review the permissions Cora.ai is requesting. Google will display:
- Application requesting access: Cora.ai
- Requested permissions: Send emails, compose messages, read drafts
- Click Allow to grant access.
Confirm the connection
- You will be redirected back to Cora.ai.
- The Gmail integration card will show a Connected status.
- Your connected Gmail address will be displayed on the card.
You can use the same Google account for both Gmail and Google Drive, or connect different accounts for each integration.
Multiple account support
You can connect more than one Gmail account to Cora.ai:- On the Gmail integration card, click Add Another Account.
- Follow the OAuth flow for the additional account.
- When sending emails, select which account to use at send time.

Disconnecting accounts
To disconnect a Gmail or Google Drive account from within Cora.ai:- Navigate to Profile → Settings → Integrations.
- Locate the integration card you want to remove.
- Click Disconnect or Remove.
- Confirm the disconnection.
- Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Locate Cora.ai in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove Access.
