The Cora MCP server brings Cora’s Customer Success capabilities into any MCP-compatible client—including Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf—so you can interact with your customer data and workflows directly through conversation, without switching between tools. MCP Server URL: https://mcp.cora.ai/mcp

Features

  • Unified customer signals: Connect scattered customer data and surface what matters—health scores, risk signals, engagement trends, and account activity—all in one place.
  • Agents that do the work: Create and manage agents, track progress, and automate follow-ups across your customer portfolio without the busywork.
  • Proactive automation: Define signals, monitor agent health, and let automated workflows act on the right customer moments before risks escalate.
  • Deep integrations: Works across your existing tools, including Salesforce, BigQuery, Gong, Gainsight, Google Docs, Google Slides, and more—syncing updates and completing steps end-to-end.
  • Natural language discovery: Describe what you need and Cora finds the right capability across 50+ tools, no memorization required.
