# Signals Overview: Lifecycle Event Detection in Cora

> Cora automatically detects lifecycle events across your integrations and surfaces them as Signals. Learn how Signals work and where to start.

Cora monitors your connected integrations and automatically detects lifecycle events, such as renewal risks, stakeholder changes, expansion opportunities, and onboarding milestones. These detected events appear as **Signals** in Cora and can trigger agent workflows automatically.

Signals help you stay ahead of critical moments in your customer relationships without manually reviewing every conversation, email, or CRM record. Once an integration is enabled for lifecycle events, Cora starts detecting events immediately and surfaces them on the Signals page.

For setup instructions, see [Setting Up Signals](/using-cora/setting-up-signals). For common questions, see [Signals FAQ](/faq/signals-faq).
