# Connect Gmail and Google Drive to Cora for EBR workflows

> Link your Google account so Cora can send emails and save presentations to Drive on your behalf, without access to your existing inbox or files.

The Gmail and Google Drive integrations let individual users send emails and create presentations directly from Cora.ai — particularly for Executive Business Review (EBR) workflows. Both integrations use OAuth 2.0 and are connected per user, so each team member authorizes their own Google account.

| Detail           | Value                          |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Integration type | OAuth 2.0, User-Level          |
| Setup time       | 3–5 minutes per user           |
| Required role    | Any authenticated Cora.ai user |

## Prerequisites

* A Google Workspace or personal Google account
* Gmail enabled (for the Gmail integration)
* Google Drive
* An active Cora.ai user account

## What Cora requests

Cora requests the minimum permissions needed for each integration.
