# Product updates

> Product updates and announcements for Cora.

<Update label="October 11, 2026" tags={["Improvements"]}>
  ## Who can change a saved artifact or agent

  A document, dashboard, or presentation a teammate created can be edited or deleted by that person or an Admin. Sharing it still only lets others read it. Something Cora wrote, including an account brief, stays editable by anyone who can open it, and only an Admin can delete it. An agent a person created is changed by that person or an Admin. An agent Cora set up is changed by an Admin. Running, testing, and pausing one run are unchanged. [Artifacts](/using-cora/artifacts).
</Update>

<Update label="October 11, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Slack agent

  Once Cora is in a thread, it follows the conversation. It replies when a message is for it, stays out of side conversations, and reacts when a short acknowledgment is enough.
</Update>

<Update label="October 9, 2026" tags={["Improvements"]}>
  ## Live monitoring

  When an agent's checks fail on a finished run, you get one email an hour. Choose **Investigate with Cora** in the email, or ask in chat why the checks failed. [Performance](/agents/agent-performance).
</Update>

<Update label="October 8, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Column explanations

  Hover an AI score and see why Cora gave it. New AI columns include the reason from the start. For a column you already have, ask Cora to turn explanations on.
</Update>

<Update label="October 7, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Ask Cora

  Ask from the page you are already on. Click **Chat** in the header. Cora knows what is on screen, and the page updates after it makes a change.
</Update>

<Update label="September 22, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Private artifacts

  Documents and dashboards start private, so a draft brief or QBR stays with you until you want the team to see it. When it is ready, share it from chat or from **Artifacts**: **Only me**, **Specific people**, or **Everyone in org**. [Artifacts](/using-cora/artifacts).
</Update>

<Update label="September 21, 2026" tags={["Improvements"]}>
  ## Inline previews

  When Cora writes a doc or deck in chat, read it in the thread and reply there. You do not have to open another tab.
</Update>

<Update label="September 20, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Native presentations

  Ask for a QBR deck in chat and present it from Cora, without a Google Slides template or a Drive connection. Reopen it from **Artifacts**, filter to **Presentation**, and click **Present**. Google Slides still works when you want a copy in Drive. [Slide decks](/using-cora/slide-decks).
</Update>

<Update label="September 18, 2026" tags={["Improvements"]}>
  ## Create from an account

  On an account, create the task or doc for that account without leaving the page. You do not have to open Tasks or Artifacts and attach the account again.
</Update>

<Update label="September 14, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Communications feed

  Before a call, see recent emails, meetings, calls, notes, and Slack in one place. On the account, open **Signals**, switch to **Communications**, and open any item.
</Update>

<Update label="September 10, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Nested tasks

  Break a task into the steps someone actually does. Open the task and add sub-tasks under it, so "prep the QBR" can hold "pull the usage" and "draft the agenda".
</Update>

<Update label="August 31, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Web research

  Cora checks public sources each week and files what it finds on the account, so expansion news shows up as a signal without you going looking.
</Update>

<Update label="August 24, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Home

  Open Cora and see what needs you today, instead of starting from a list of accounts.
</Update>

<Update label="August 23, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Call recordings

  Connect Attention or Granola and recorded customer calls show up as signals. [Attention](/integrations/attention), [Granola](/integrations/granola).
</Update>

<Update label="July 24, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Drive links in chat

  Paste a Google Drive link in chat and Cora reads that file. You do not grant access to your whole Drive.
</Update>

<Update label="July 23, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Surveys

  Send an NPS or CSAT link and read the answers on the account. [Surveys](/using-cora/surveys).
</Update>

<Update label="May 27, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Custom columns

  Put health and other account columns on the grid, including bands such as Healthy or At risk, not only an AI score. [Custom columns](/using-cora/custom-columns).
</Update>

<Update label="May 8, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>

</Update>

<Update label="May 5, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>

  Ask for a dashboard in chat and pin it to Analytics.
</Update>

<Update label="April 27, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>
  ## Documents

  Ask for a brief or prep doc in chat and Cora saves it as a document you can open again.
</Update>

<Update label="April 13, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>

  Connect HubSpot and bring companies in as accounts. [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot).
</Update>

<Update label="April 2, 2026" tags={["New releases"]}>

<Update label="March 30, 2026" tags={["Improvements"]}>
